Spencer has worked within the investment industry for 30 years, bringing plenty of financial experience to the Board. He also does some work mentoring Young Offenders, which provides him a different perspective and understanding of issues facing teenagers in today’s environment. Spencer is Vice Chair of the Trust and is the Chair of the Local Governing Body.
