Debbie has spent her career to date in customer and client oriented businesses as a Human Resources expert having worked at John Lewis and Partners, Merrill Lynch, BlackRock and GAM Investments. For the past 20 years in the Financial Services sector, Debbie has assisted her clients and colleagues with people strategy, organisational design, operational effectiveness, leadership training, learning and development, all aspects of reward as well as coaching. Debbie has additionally served as an executive Board member for GAM Investments for three years.
Debbie was state educated and lives locally. She has a BA honours degree in PPE from Oxford and is mother to three children; her eldest is currently a student at Reigate College.
